Oh wow how blessed was he to be so spoilt and enjoy a real South African evening in such a stunning part of our country. This is such a special clip and he is no doubt smiling down reminiscing in heaven. We are deeply saddened at the cruelty of this disease which was inflicted on him, such pain/suffering. We are completely bowled over by his astonishing/incredible courage, never complaining and always smiling. God had a plan and I have no doubt it was to teach each every one of us to be more grateful each day. A true inspiration as he fought so bravely and steadfastly. RIP Joost you are now free as a butterfly ... if this man has not touched souls I have no words, so sad
