I took your class by accident in Vancouver like ten years ago because DJI advertised it as a drone workshop 😂 Good news though: I’m now a videographer and getting non-drone clients, I finally get to put your lessons to use! Great video.

I'm curious how you match the 1dxmkII and R5? Do you film in Neutral for both?

I updated the post. It was all R5, but to answer your question, I used to shoot on Faithful and drop the sharpness all the way down. Not too hard to match in post.

Ray! Great stuff! What's your take on the battery life or the overheating on the R5? Did it last?

Thank you. I've never overheated and I shoot in every mode all day long. Some people just don't know how to use the camera I guess.

@@rayromanfilms yep. I agree. I had a 70D and used it in all conditions all day long and it got warm but never overheated. I guess it's how you handle it. I'm looking towards the 5c. In the decision stage now. I just don't want to spend that and have it be an obvious issue. I think the c70 is a bit big to lug around all day.
