Started off P2 on a wet but drying track, very slippery mainly to the cold ambient temperature of 8 degrees. First time running the EG for 2018. All was going well until disaster struck.......

Crazy feeling too cause you have to accelerate to power out of it

Only ran out of fuel guys, a bit more juice and we were good to go for race 2!

you gotta put extra fuel in while it's wet! extra wheel spin = extra bouncing off rev limiter = extra fuel consumption, im sure you know that now though................... (well technically you would waste less fuel in the wet assuming you never spin the tires since you would be driving "less on the limit" and could keep lower revs) yall better win the next one or imma sell my civic in Need For Speed, and make more shingo memes

also i heard that by being in too high of a gear while trying to accelerate could potentially waste more fuel www.quora.com/Is-driving-in-a-high-gear-always-more-fuel-efficient but that depends on too many factors and is probably better tested for the individual car just thought i would say that too just in case man. Only saying it cause i wanna see you keep improving and win :) edit: omg just when i thought i was being the Einstein of cars i realize that im dumb.... So i thought it was kind of weird in a way that like.... On the dash that it would display what gear you're in when you're driving with a H shifter, thought it was a little weirder when i saw the number 7 like "wtf a 7 speed civic? must be a custom transmission" just to then figure out... wait.... that's what lap he's on... I only typed this because i thought you were going around hair pins in this imaginary 7th gear... well.... Hopefully it still means something XD

Don’t even worry about it driving in the rain is something else I feel like that’s the only downside to the civic because it will spin (rotate) in the wet wasting energy/fuel but other than that this is the best race car I have seen in improved productions

Love to watch you drive the wheels off of that Civ sir! I'm glad it was only fuel! Keep making all of us Honda fans smile! 😁

Nice driving as usual, that thing looks like a go karts handling! Was looking more powerful than before but a bit hard to tell with the conditions, is it B20? Hard luck man, hope it is fixed easily and good luck

Did you ever consider doing an AWD CR-V swap on the EG? Do you think it would have added more weight than it's worth?

very much so. left foot braking a lot harder to master :D right when I touch my brakes with my left foot if feels like i slammed on the brakes lol
@CGoody5646 жыл бұрын
Brandon Son - RS Motorsports really? I've never understood people having trouble using either foot to break. Seems just as easy with either foot for me personally. That being said, heel-toe will always be more effective in a corner that requires a downward gear change.
@tinfoilhat16196 жыл бұрын
Cory Goodman yah took me a while to get use to it. But my friend can do it without practice. But as for heel toe as well. Some people can do it easy and some need practice.
