From my understanding Jordans Mate broke some people out a prison van hence he's saying "In Salford we really do free our mates". Salford is a town right next to Manchester, that's where his accent's from. A class A Case is a case where he got caught selling or possessing class A drugs (Like Cocaine, Heroin, MDMA, etc.) with intention to distribute. Also worth noting that his dad killed himself in prison and then Jordan got put on the same wing where it happened when he went to prison. Jordans brother is currently serving 17 years for possession of firearms with intention to endanger life. They've all been active in a gang war up north. That's all I know about Jordan

5 vids a week, when those vids are as involved as yours tend to be, is optimistic fella! Stick to 3 a week & you'll be fine. Good on you for the gyming btw, altho I suggest 3 times a week could be sustainable for that too, with a cycle, or a jog (or even a long walk) on the off days. Calorie burning can be more holistic when done outside in free air, & leave the gym for the weights stuff. Just a wee suggestion from personal experience!... & besides, who knows when the gym will be taken away from us these days. ;)

Yeah i think 3-4 is a good number at this stage given whats going on in my life! Ive just been really listening to my body in regards to the gym. Like today im super muscle fatigued after a big day at work so im giving myself a rest day. I walk about 15-20k steps per day for work as is so gym is purely just weights!

@@Gorewayy Even when I was at my highest muscle mass (which was considerable), I was never in the gym on consecutive days. Just sayin. Then again, I was training for power, so would pretty much *break* my arms/shoulders/back one day, then a rest day, then pretty much *break* my legs/core/back one day, then a rest day (pyramid-ing up to failure at 3{ish} reps at max weight blah blah...) So 3days of recovery for maxed-out muscles before you do it all again is about as much as anyone could expect from a non-professional-athlete with a job & a life to be getting on with! LOL :) Anyhoo, all the best with it fella.

@@Gorewayy Yes exactly but also if you do a new one every week and then the rest of the week you do others, so like bulk record older videos and record new ones when they drop and you have time for one video and that could be the second time you record for the week.
