Jordan was ALWAYS GOOD. dont get your opinions from fans or media if you are not a coach or scout yourself try to talk to people that are. Jordan Henderson was always rated highly by the coach and scout circle i am in.. for 9 years solid we would talk about good Jordan is.

I'd say he started showing his potential and talent a few years into the team. He was really young when he got signed and didn't really break through until he literally grew as a player. He was always good but he was never "great" until a few years later of being on the team. He's an example of hard work and dedication, honestly...dude literally trained to the fullest and stuck through all the rough times and dips in form and made himself better and the player he is today. He's a pretty decent all around midfielder now and a big leader for his squad...very important piece for his team. Other teams would kill for a player like that, there's a reason why he's the Captain.
