Yeah I wish someone like you had been around when I was in high school. I had a decent enough vertical of about 33 in standing and somewhere around 36 or 37 moving and would have really loved to increase my leg strength in a way that helped me be a better jumper and didn't trash my knees by the time I was out of college. Love the videos and you should definitely do more dropping by random courts although you should wear a hat or something because the blue hair is a dead giveaway. 🤣
