Start listening to Eckhart Tolle and Dr. Joe Dispenza. Your thoughts aren’t you and most of them aren’t true either. I was once in your position, but now life is amazing. Sure, I still stumble and have roadblocks, but I don’t stay down and in those bad thoughts. I know I have the power to change the signal if those thoughts don’t align with the life I’m living. Break the chains and endless mind chatter. Give those guys along with numerous others a try. Your life will change, you just have to put the work in.

Most of us are. Some more than others. I've been where you are for a long time. The point is that it's ok to be. You likely should and deserve to be. Once you're comfortable with that and accept it, only then can you try to pick up a few pieces. It takes a long time to pick up even one or 2 sometimes. I find helping other broken people is one of the only things that removes it from the forefront of my mind and soul. Even for a little while. It's a start.❤

It's based on the idea that regardless of the position you find ourselves in (wishing we where some place else) we will never be good at everything we do, but that doesn't mean we won't be great at some suff. Regardless, you need to find a balance that works for you and learn your own limits, what frustrates you and what you can do better regardless of how well the rest are doing.
