If you are part of a business deal and you know a stock is about to tank, you can't tell everyone you know it's about to tank so they pull their money from the stock. That also requires consent, but usually it's a case of breast reduction where a girl's breasts come in uncomfortably large, or they have breast cancer, or they are getting enhancement, which Jordan doesn't complain about. Bottom line: nobody is being "butchered", least of all kids, it just isn't happening. This goes into politics where he excoriates anyone with ideas that don't fit a very narrow conservative orthodoxy, as crazed marxists and communists, which is plain ludicrous. Joe Biden is ideologically much closer to conservative than he is to socialist, and communism hasn't even entered the chat. But all that he talks about are evil leftists and cultural marxists, bogeymen he makes up clearly to suit an agenda.
