Don't take it too seriously - it is supposed to be sexy / hot / dirty / naughty (just compared it to "Blurred Lines"). I would have been concerned if you had gotten the lyrics by 9 - the sexual innuendos are all over it: "Anyone can make u sweat, but I can keep u wet"... "Tell me when, I'll taste you there" (actually they are no innuendos, they are STRAIGHT to your face verses). As for the song itself... the tempo change from waltz to electropop is fun to me... it was fun back in 1999... it is still to me now.

Class of 99 here. This song came out in the summer a month after I graduated. This was the style. If you were alive and of age then , you’d know. And you had to wear one with a leather coat or a solid colored coat like he did. Plus khakis or jeans. Wheeew this was it!
