I only have 1 phone number and don't want to have a handful of numbers. The next step will be working on a landing page. That all makes senses and has given me more to work towards.

As a PPC lead gen agency, you should know that every 1 person that says “oh man, I need to hire him”, there are 3 that take your fear mongering as fact and just decide not to spend anything on pay per click.

Hey Jordan appreciate the video. It was super helpful. I had 2 questions: 1) If you are setting the same Max CPC across all keywords wouldn't it make sense to just do a maximize clicks campaign with a max cost per click limit? I thought the main benefit of doing manual CPC is that for each keyword you would set it's own max CPC. 2) I know you used different locations when you set up the ad (New York) vs when you were doing keyword research (Los Angeles). However, before you hit publish, on the right hand side it shows you your estimated cost per click was $6.70 (vs around $75 when looking at the keyword planner). I find that the estimated CPC number shown when setting up your campaign is often much lower than what the keyword planner shows. Do you ever take into consideration that number for your max CPC instead of what the keyword planner shows?

if there is low competition in my area for window cleaning near me (vancouver bc) 100-1k montly searches is that good or bad for me. its 3 low bid and 15 for high. i want to spend around 125 a day for ads but the competition is low apparently so i dont know how much to spread out the manual cpc cost on each keyword

Question!: I created the campaign using your video and I’m trying to change the “Max CPC” in the chart for each keyword. I’m not sure if they are trying to make it inconvenient but I cannot find or add a “Max CPC” column under my keywords. I looked everywhere! I had to change the max CPC by checking them individually and changing it under edit but I cannot easily see what I set it to! Is there a way to add a Max CPC column?
