Absolutely. I watched Mr Simple by SJ when i was 14 but i didnt like kpop then. When i was 17 i watched Monster and directly fell for EXO. No other group made me feel like that ever again

Fell in love instantly after watching the Monster dance practice video on a friend's timeline in late 2016 (which was the first time I heard about Kpop), search for them on google & KZfaq & since then me & my younger sister are Exo-Ls. Now our whole room is full of EXO albums, posters, season greetings & merches. 😄

if talking about exo theory, you'll be familiar with the red forces(the antagonist in whole exo theory) so in this mv is about them fighting or escaping from them. there's more detail on this mv that are related to the theory and other mvs, if you wanna checkout there are many fan theories digging each exo's mv and how they are related in the timeline😉

I always thought the MV was lowkey a biblical refernce, with the snake in the beginning and them all sitting on only one side of the table. I also assumed Baekhyun betrayed the others, like Judas did, which is why he's part of the capturers and is wearing their uniform in the end. But this makes sense too, the MV is a masterpiece, however you view it.

u won't probably see this but in exodus trailers of each of them especially baekhyun,, he appears to be the first one to be kidnapped or taken by the red force (that trailer still gives me the goosebumps when each of the light turns off) there is a theory floating around the fandom that the "red force" was not really evil because they are just being controlled by the "eye" or the darkness that's why the first to be taken by the red force was baekhyun because his power counters the darkness which is light that needs to be taken out by the "eye" in order for them to manipulate and control exo completely thnx for the ted talk y'all

You should really check out the exo concept analysis video that connects all their music videos and points out even small details. For example in this mv actually Baekhyun is working undercover with the enemy (the red force) which is why he is the only one who isn't injured and captured. At the end of the video Baekhyun turns off the security cameras and frees them. He is also undercover in the power mv where he is the only member who didn't lose his powers bc he was undercover so he helps defeat the evil robot thing that stole the other members powers'. notice how every video editor, dancer, performer, vocal coach pointing out that EXO is the one, they are on another level, they are different like you know what im saying.. If EXO was in another company, like a compan that acknowledges EXO's worth, knows how to protect them and promote them properly...it would be the end of other gropus. Because even when they are on hiatus, 1 of them been in china for 5 years, 1 of them got married and had a child, 3 members left, dating scandals and many more, they're still winning, on the top of the charts.... I wish they leave sm as a group and have their own company
