I do not own these video clips. Starts with the 10th longest of his career and ends with his longest.

Nelson was one of the best sideline receivers I've ever seen.

I’m a Packers fan, but you should’ve seen Cris Carter. That guy drove me nuts watching him make one handed sideline catches look like he was playing catch in the backyard.

What a great guy. No nonsense, no drama, sneaky-fast Kansas farm boy.

Saw the first one, the 60-yarder against ATL live. Just about every fan at Lambeau saw Jordy breaking free before Rodgers threw it and we were all on our feet when the ball was in the air. It was amazing!

I was there in Lambeau on Monday Night for the first TD on the list. Jordy spoiled us GB fans with expecting we'd see a 40+ yard TD per game. That deep ball connection between him and Rodgers was a work of art. I loved watching that dude run like he was at a track meet. My favorite all time wide reciever, not to mention a grade A human being. Thank you Jordy! (On another note - Julio Jones was a nightmare that Monday Night scorched the GB D for 259 yards!!)

The dude had incredibly soft hands and deceptive speed. One of my all time favorite players, and I've been watching football for about 50 years.

One of the greatest. Rodgers and Jordy were on the same page. Just a nod and he always knew the ball was coming his way.

The one against the Panthers...I was at that game. I remember being down in the first half and then Cam Newton threw 3 INTs in less than a quarter (2 just before halftime and the third on their first possession in 2nd half) to help the Pack come back for the win.

How I miss this duo...if Watson can friggin stay healthy, him and Love could have this same level of success together. Here's hoping
@SJH222 ай бұрын
I mean, obviously watson can still develop, but Jordy was an elite route runner and has waaaaaaay better hands than watson has shown so far. Watson has a very limited route tree so I can't see him becoming elite unless he really begins to not solely rely on speed and athleticism.

Jordy's straight line speed was severely underestimated by opposing defenses his entire career

I was at that Jets game sitting in the corner on that side and saw that play develop like it was in slow motion. I pointed it out to my buddy when they lined up and said Jordy is getting the ball.... the next thing you know, the crowd was going wild.... 😊

You could always tell that the bomb to Nelson was coming when the crow went nuts prior to the pass, because everyone knew when Rodgers rolled out it was going deep to Nelson

If I could give any current Packers receiver one thing from Jordy Nelson, it would be to give Christian Watson Jordy’s hamstrings. Then, we have a stretch the field receiver.
@trevtkd2 ай бұрын
I miss not being worried when Rodgers would yeet that shit down field as I know Jordy was somewhere out there ready to make a play. Then we had that same assurance with Adams. Now….

That’s the debate! Rodgers and Adams or Rodgers and Jordy?! I felt Rodgers and Adams was fun to watch but Rodgers and Jordy were clutch/meaningful plays. What y’all think?

Still pissed at Gutekunst for releasing Jordy Nelson. I’ll never forgive that regard general manager for his wrongdoings compared to drafting Anders Carlson who later went on to suck 🗑.
