I like Masvidal just as much as I like Nate, so I didn’t really have a favorite going into this fight since I like both guys equally, but common man, that was a clear win by Masvidal.

Could have been 6-4 either way. I personally had. Nate - 5 rounds (1,6,7,9,10) Masvidal - 5 rounds (2,3,4,5,8) Any number of thouse could be swing rounds. And masvidal landed the more significant shots. Could have gone either way, even a draw. Entertaining fight. These guys at 39 stayed way busier and clinched way less than some of the long time pro boxers.

A judge needs to look for hard shots that land clean. Masvidal won on Hard and Clean Punches, Defense, and Effective Aggression. This isn't up for debate.

Jorge actually performed really well for this point in his career.

It’s not nuts, every round was hard to score because Diaz took the center, controlled the ring but masvidal landed cleaner shots. The commentators were split as was I, those type of fights are really hard to score. I think a draw would have been fitting but I can see it scored for both fighters

Those power shots don’t mean nothing and if you think they do then you haven’t fought a day in your life. You can get hit with the hardest punch and not feel it cuz you went to sleep. Power doesn’t = win.
