Signing a 31 year old Jorginho who was unwanted by Chelsea may raise questions.. but one trend I notice is how players whose game isn't based on speed and physicality usually age like fine wine. Pirlo, for example.. was still a world class midfielder for Juventus and Italy in his mid thirties, while Essien was playing for Persib Bandung at the same age.. because Pirlo's play style did not involve speed and physicality, while Essien's did. Not saying Jorginho is as good as Pirlo, but he will still be good at least until his mid thirties.
