Big fan after the knock he played in Sharjah T20 WC against SL. It's not easy to score a ton in such difficult batting conditions.

When I was younger I played against Jos in an under 13s cricket match as he played for wedmore and I played for bridgewater, at this age you bat in pairs and he took strike for the 4 overs the pair is in and he was the only pair in game not to get out and he hit the first 6 I ever saw in person, he would’ve been 11/12

@@willmarshall9749 rn they are lose 5 for a wicket each player faces 12 balls each and everyone (except the wk) bowls 2 overs. You can actually change the wicket keeper too!

The only thing I would do with T20 cricket is award 7 runs for a 100 metre six and 8 runs for a 115 metre or more six. They use ball tracking technology for televised matches so I think it’s a good idea to encourage bigger sixes. There are far too many sixes travelling under 70 metres. People will eventually get fed up of them. The modern bats are really good which allow for amazing timing and batsmen are hitting far too many sixes as a result. If you have a chance to compare a 1990s bat with a modern one by taking a few hits in the park, you will know what I mean. A lot of these sixes in the game now are because of very small boundaries and the superior modern cricket bat. Some players are now hitting a lot more sixes than fours in their innings with great regularity. The sixes have become too easy to hit. The extra runs for the long sixes will also give a team which fall to far behind on run rate the chance to come into a game by aiming for really big sixes. And let’s be honest, the long sixes the few that do happen are much more of a spectacle.
