So unlucky to lose the semi final in both 2007 and 2012 on penalties. With a bit more luck, he could have easily won the CL with 4 teams (Porto, Chelsea, Inter & Real Madrid)

He even got beaten by his own former clubs Real Madrid in UCL Round of 16 2002 in his own backyard 1-3 and International Friendly cup 3-1 back in 2013 after leaving Real Madrid. Also now with Chelsea this year beats his own ass after he almost relegated them last season 16th place. EPL this season: Chelsea 4-0 Manchester United. FA Cup Quaterfinals this season: Chelsea 1-0 Manchester United.

Sahl Ebrahim Pep has reached UCL SF with 3 clubs so far, only 1 behind Mourinho!! Pep has only managed 3 clubs... Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Man City. And took all 3 to UCL SF Mourinho has been at Porto, Inter Milan, Real Madrid, Man Utd & Chelsea 2x Mourinho failed badly in Europe with Real Madrid and Chelsea. He was even put out the UCL SF by Pep's Barcelona at the Santiago Bernabéu

Bronco Alba 1).pep only reached the semis with 2 teams only that too which had world class players in each position 2). if mourinho failed with real in Europe (reaching 3 semis in 3 years pep also failed with Bayern .

Even to this day, I'm sad becouse La Decima didn't come during Mourinho's era in Real Madrid. 2012 was the year for that. They had everything. Except luck. :(

Not only luck mate; they were too conservative in Bayern semi-final second leg. They could have easily got the job done in regular time. But if you don't kill your opponent when you have the chance and let them live, you bear the consequences. That's what they suffered from.

Well,if they had the financial backing comparable to that of a Barcelona, Chelsea, Real Madrid, Milan, Juventus or Manchester United, Porto 04 would have dominated European football. That team had a rock solid defence and plenty of players with great psychology for the game (moulded of course by a genius in Mourinho).

Manchester United will need to work very hard and keep their high spirits, never give up attitude and motivation like yesterday's Manchester derby to win the Champions League again. I felt really sad that we lost at home to Sevilla, though they are a really good team in the CL. They could have defeated Bayern in the quarters and Bayern needed to work hard to get the away win.

I think it's a great catch, you can see Mourinho is gifted with talent to deal better with new talents/rising stars or underrated players more than superstars, just look what he achieved with Porto and Inter but failed in Real Madrid, Chelsea, and now Man. United when those teams are filled with so many stars..
