The Joseph Campbell albums are Akira the Don levelling up. His burgeoning talent as a beat-farmer, the advancements his made in terms of arrangements, the perfect marriage of content and form, the way he crafts music perfectly to take advantage of the natural music in the speaker's voice. Mythos I and II were a turning point. I love them so much. He's made technically better records since, but these will always be my favorites.

Came to this from “they are one” and as a combat veteran I feel this. I have more respect for the jihadis I fought against than for the politicians that set us against each other. We must fight for so many reasons like samurai whose karma must play itself out against each other to balance the cosmic scales. But we are one and we do each ourselves great harm. Like the right and left politically and so on.
