I don’t know why I am watching a video from over a decade ago and I surely don’t know why I’m commenting on it but here I am. I have always loved JGL but as a veteran to hear him say he isn’t sure he will ever do anything as brave as a soldier really got me. People say that kind of thing to us all the time but for some reason he came across so perfectly sincere. Real sincerity is such a subtle thing, and as service members we tend to ride a fine line between absolute sarcasm and deepest sincerity and for whatever reason, it seems like he actually gets it and that is so beautifully rare. All I can say is thank you for your kind words and don’t worry about whether you could ever lay down your life for someone else because you are out there making art and beauty and happiness and those are the things we will lay down our lives to save.

He's not only extremely nice to look at but he seems really thoughtful and caring. He gave really great answers and whatever he was feeling, I felt as well since he draws you in.

"My favorite actors are... chameleons" Oh my god! I've been saying this forever! And JGL just became 100x more amazing to me for saying it. I've always thought that the best actors could be considered chameleons because of their way of enveloping themselves in the role and making the audience see the character instead of the person playing them. When they're on screen, they make you forget you're even watching a movie.

There’s something about this guy that makes you wanna stop and listen to what he got to say. Don’t know if it’s his eyes or voice - maybe it’s both, I don’t know… But if you actually take your time to listen you can’t help loving him. He seems like this genuine guy who’s thinking about what he’s doing in life is meaningful to him. I get more and more respect for him, his work and what he tries to do. I hope and think that a lot of good things will come his way.

Slava Is a russian clown and performs a theatre production called Slava's Snow Show - It's so good. JGL recommended it many years ago and I've seen it twice... really worth it if they're still touring.

Yes, he truly is stunning and he deserves the fame he's getting! A few months back, this vid had something like 70,000 views and now it's well over 1 million! A little part of me wants him to stay relatively unknown because as he gets more famous, his fan base just becomes cliché and more like every other fan base out there, but he so deserves the attention.

I'm in the Army and I've been deployed and I personally think getting on stage is the most terrifying thing in the world. For me getting on stage is something crazy brave and that's why I have a lot of respect for actors but its good to see them respecting soldiers.

Love this...I know exactly what he's talking about with Dumbo's mom...I use to cry when Spirit the horse in the cartoon is separated from his family and imagines them running in the wind. The French thing was hilarious. And very true. Hahaa.. seems like such a chill chill dude. A very good looking chill dude ;)

It looks like he's a fine guy, a sentimental and humane person offscreen. He seems to very likable as a person, a real person, not a celebrity persona. And his acting is good too. I hope to watch him and many other movies for the next years.
