To be one of God's heroes, what superpower would you choose? Super strength? The ability to fly? Dr. John teaches on the life of Joseph as one of God's heroes. We will see that Joseph had the power to forgive and be reconciled to those who hurt him. Only those who have never been hurt might try to belittle that power. Forgiveness and reconciliation is the grace of God to overcome bitterness, anger and vengeance in our lives. That is nothing short of super.

The Biblical account of Joseph can be revisited innumerable times with new lessons emerging with every retelling. The wisdom contained is measureless. Thank you Dr. John, for focusing on Joseph in this message. I pray that his example of forgiveness and reconciliation will be applied in each of our lives.

The brothers never admitted to their father that Joseph was not killed by an animal and they sold him into slavery. I don’t understand why God would allow Joseph to help his brothers in living in Egypt when they never apologized to their father or Joseph about their evil ways.
