I remember when I first began mental conversations and realized how "negative" I was. This was a game changer for me. The first step is always self-awareness of where you currently are, and then from there you can begin to develop the habit of having deliberate mental conversations and visualizations about the way you want things and relationships to be. I'm not perfect at it yet, but so much has changed. At the very least, it gives you a pleasing personality which will change so much in your reality. It is also actually fun.

Wow!!! This is exactly what i received during separation with my partner this week. It all came down to realizing that I was thinking as the old self not the TRUE SELF. and the TRUE SELF, the REAL ME, is LOVE. so i imagined what a happy harmonious relationship would look like from the basis of LOVE, and then I realized that was the real me. the separation was the illusion. so from my eyes now I choose to only see love, and that with love everything must be harmonious, peaceful, loving, kind etc.. was so excited when I saw this video!! I don't get it! I am so confused. Everyone says you can't change another person, and I don't want to! I want this person like he truly is and I love him. But how does it make sence when you say you can't change someone but then everyone says but you can manifest them in your life and they will act like you want to? How does this make sence. Every person is different. How do I affect their behavior but also do not change them. I just want to live our life's and love each other but now I don't know am I alone? Does this eorson exist when you say I can affect their behavior. I don't want to affect it, I want them to be real.

How does it work if the other person isn't imagining in their mind the same love toward u with their free will? Like an abusive parent or spouse ? I was imaging my Mom lovingly, went to help her at her house and it went great until she got mad at me for literally not obeying her, lol. We made up and I thought all went well. Then later found out from family she was lying to me and talking shit.

If we can just reimagine our relationships with people, then there's no reason to walk away from abusive people. These examples always talk about a "difficult" boss or some such relationship where there's not direct influence on a person's life. I've yet to hear an example where someone talks about reimagining relationships with family members or partners who are downright abusive, even physically. Someone PLEASE explain.
