This is one of the major lessons from my past months. The obstacle is the way. And the moment we take that step towards fear it disappears like a mirage revealing the harmony which always is. 🕊🌅💛

Fear gives us the opportunity to create hope. Faith is nothing without hope as faith is the assurance of things we hope for.

I am so happy I listen to this! I have listened to some of your videos before and you are always in my KZfaq feed because we are into the same things. However when I listened to you I assumed you were a professor and had spent most your life at a university. That is my fear because I don’t have a degree myself. And that fear would manifest as I don’t relate to this guy. Now I can watch your older videos with a new out look. And more importantly I can use that fear as excitement and go on my heroes journey! Thank you!

such a great explanation, i never quite understood "everyone is you pushed out"... untik you talk about the audience as my thought pattern. by making peace with "myself", the unfavourable thought patterns i've identified with... it will no longer be expressed within and through me, therefore cannot be reflected back to me.

Believe me as my awakening took place through addiction, illnesses, and then prison. Facing your fear and your aversions change everything. We can analysis fear over and over after the fact but I guarantee what I learned can’t be learned in the 1000s of wonderful books I have read. Joseph Campbell was one of my favorites even before all my rule breaking. Fear, shame, doubt all must go. So many people are just stuck as cowards. I no longer align with that typing of thinking and acting.

Hello Joseph! Thank you for producing such a marvelous lesson - not an attack on others but so many people don't or refuse to realize the value behind your lectures. I struggle with lots of fears that stem from early childhood; I grew up in a dysfunctional family, with a stressed, depressed mother and an alcoholic father. My childhood was chaotic. And now, I struggle with social anxiety, self-consciousness, and awkwardness around people. Is there a way out of this neurosis? I've been practicing "hyper-awareness" for the past four years and I have awakened as a result. When I'm in a fearful state or self-conscious state, I remain aware without reacting - I feel and notice the fear clearly and completely. Then I take a step back and shine the light of my awareness onto that fear, and at some point, it subsides. What "bothers" I is that I have leftovers of limiting beliefs (also known as triggers) that don't seem to subside or dissipate from my unconscious mind. Although I let go of my fears, it seems that it takes a long time to get rid of them all. Any tips?
