You can play tournaments obviously, it's just going to be amateur tournaments. There is no chance whatsoever to become pro starting this late but that shouldn't take the fun and your ambition out of you. Try to be the best version of yourself and have fun in the process, if you train hard you can still become really good at tennis. Just giving you a little realism as a coach myself, hope that helps and have fun on the court!
