Fire attacker resolves + any shaddoll name of your choice gets discarded: what’s your end result? This is talking ideal scenario for you what’s the best you can pull off. Probably discard Wendi/discard Squamata send Wendi, then set something to be flipped next turn? The issue with that is S:P is very available and denies most of the value you gained.

@@Exisist5151 beast to draw into hop ear squadron to set up an omninegate turn 0 or hedgehog for card advantage for turn 2 fusion plays i would absolutely play patchwork engine, guardian chimera, and maybe the romarin engine too.

Attacker is a hard brick, too much overreliance on "turn 0 three card combos" while Ash now chokes even more cards and if the opponent waits for Big W or has Belle/Bystial you auto lose. Or you give them a free card of choice from their deck thanks to Thrust and you having a monster and unfortunately this is exploited in the worst possible match, Branded, since other decks typically don't play Thrust.

I play lab without floodgates trap heavy and only hantrap maxc and make master 1 most lab I see don't use floodgates and if they do its skill drain

@@lmr4403you very much can play without floodgates even in Md. Looking at mdm dbarrier is only at 27% usage and skill drain at 25%. The floodgates are over rated by ppl who don’t really play lab, I mean I get it being under d barrier sucks, but playing them makes so many hands worse and while you can search them, you need really big combos to do so, and at that point setting something else would still be really good without having to play cards that don’t do anything alone

Master Duel players are addicted to shitting out floodgates or negates even when that's not the best thing you can be doing

I play Lab most of the time and honestly I don’t feel like Arias changed that much. The release of Transaction Rollback was a far bigger buff to the deck IMO. Hopefully Black Goat shows up soon.

And we should put him into therapy His excessive use of Runick cards is at least concerning

The problem with Runick and Lab is that both of them want a discard.

On a serious note, Diabelstar with Silvera works better in both decks but going 50/60 with max out Runicks + Lab (1 Welcome max though) can be very fun. For you not the opponent. It will become even better with Diabelze next set.

​@LS-qs9ju rollback makes it better tbh but you are very right. I feel like hands would be really awkward and you would always end up minus 1

@@RGARDL especially in those situations, D Barrier wins you the game. Daruma has to be played at a right moment to buy you a turn but if it gets destroyed/forced before the explosion you're done. Same for Black Goat Laughs, there are multiple ways for a Deck to play their lines, if you say Albion they can go Lubellion, if you say Chimera 2100ATK they go for the 2400ATK, Hughin and they can still summon other Runick fusions, etc. Same for Rituals, you shut them down with D Barrier or they can still summon other names if you used Black Goat Laughs or they can still Tribute their Face Down monsters if you used Daruma So, they are very different traps for very different matches/meta environment

@SlebenGates u see , thing with that is ,u are going blind second a and u are playing 3 Arias and 9 furniture's, I personally play that deck , simular build , and navarre did that happen to me and never did I not manage to pull it off , if u can pull of daruma going second , then u can pull of d barrier, and u can do all that before he even played anything to out d,barrier

You must not watch many deck profiles. This guy sounded like a genius compared to most people who win tournaments, and at least he provided reasoning for basically all of his choices.

Banning bonfire would make a lot of players very upset, because the card was so expensive. They can't ban bonfire until the price comes wayyy down

Bonfire realistucally isn't getting hit since it's too new and too expensive, however it doesn't need a ban though a limit like rota can be argued. Ash to 1 is kinda dumb imo
