mvpflf is not that the a's didn't want jd its because the a's don't have the financial resources to sign him. remember where not the Yankees where you could just sign a superstar. by the way when Brett lawrie played for the a's has power but needs plate discipline. I like JD a lot when he played for the a's. I was happy for JD when he won the MVP in 2015
