Love the house, and all the glass gaurd rails. But, I always worry about tripping, or stumbling into one of the rails, and breaking through. I highly doubt the rail would handle a 200lb man stumbling into it without breaking or giving way? Otherwise, fantastic home! 👍😎✌

Can the realtor explain why a house completed in 2016 could be phrased as “ brand new construction “ ? And why a house listed $12 million few years ago, can be priced $20 Million now ? Are there any upgrades ?

Sorry Josh, I like you. I love Los Altos, but I HATE the house! These MOD minimalist mansions are all the same lifeless steel boxes with glass. I'm 9th generation Californian, and these MOD buildings are springing up all over California and they have no individual uniqueness to them. From downtown to historic neighborhoods, etc. its horrible what is happing becuase they are eye sores. You see one MOD building and you go to another city and there is another MOD building that looks identical. However, when you go to neighborhoods with older homes, no two homes are the same. An older home is an individual architectural expression. I think when it comes to leaning toward a more MOD design, the Art Deco period of the 1920s-1930s was super! In that period, there was a lot of superb talent. Also, it was elegant MOD, and instead of utilitarian MOD. They used clean lines and geometric designs as well. Today, special architectural and interior designs just don't have that special input that you see in older architecture. Its really sad.

Josh. I love your show Million Dollar selling LA. I have watched your shows from the beginning. And I also love your Josh & Josh....but........................................ when Josh cried in the bistro alongside his boyfriend, you and Tracy, I cried too. I couldn't hold it back. I knew he had to as much as possible. Yes he wasn't right in what he said to her, however, she went too far too. Does she need more camera time? I'm an actor and know what we call Tracy's.... camera whore. She wouldn't accept his apology "quite so soon?" I have another name for her but won't say it. ABOVE ALL, I love your show as do so many others. We're entertained. We love seeing your kids grow up. Your Newport journey. We want to see that house you'll live in there. I loved seeing Josh's wedding and your trip to your parents house, taking all the great photos of you too. DON'T STOP ....It's cool we can see where you eat etc.
