Josh, I'm an ER doctor, not here for sales tips, so I watch 'cuz I just like how you roll. But I do watch a lot of youtube. Each video is getting better. Maybe some on-camera lighting would be helpful on some of those darker shots in the first house. No more than three min into the video ask for people to "subscribe, and ring that bell." You should be able to double your views in a month. Keep it up. You're a likable guy.
