Listening to this song alone on repeat in a busy park while trying to understand the deeper meaning of the song; watching people from different walks, each with their own story; is the best way to ease my depression. Thank God Joni Mitchell wrote this masterfully crafted piece of poetry! No doubt Sara Bareilles and Josh Groban gave this song justice. Such a beautiful rendition! This is my life song for sure!

I mean, depending on how you want to look at it (which is kind of the point of the song, come to think of it), it _IS_ a Pixar song (and Disney by proxy), in that it was used (very cleverly) in Toy Story 4's Teaser Trailer.

Joni Mitchell circa 1960’s. Recorded by Judy Collins as well. Not sure Joni would appreciate the Disney comparison. She is the absolute most talented songwriter and artist of the 20th century. Check her out - especially her Blue album which is now 50 years old!

Groban has a beautiful, and very masculine voice. He doesn't try to be some dude faking sensitivity... He just sings from his heart. Not to say he doesn't work hard at his artistry, but he seems to be very honest and straight forward singer.

Both sides now. Staying in a hotel room for the mandatory quarantine for 21 days... Isolated but “I’ve looked at clouds from both sides now” A timely & fitting song. Lovely and moving voices of an old song. Thank you!

That this country is having a societal panic attack because of that obsession?The obsession this country has with masking is unhealthy and it has people losing their minds. Why doesn’t everyone see that? Unless we get some balls and do our research(where we will find that COVID is a bit worse than the flu but not by much), then we have no hope for a better 2021. I am desperate for a better year but with uninformed people, who refuse to look at the facts, we are fucked. You aren’t going to kill anyone by not wearing a mask, but we as a society have blood on our hands for suicides from lockdowns, overdoses, despair, businesses gone under, domestic violence, violence toward children. Can’t you see that the virus is just that...a virus that the vast vast majority survive. 97% of those who die are in long term care facilities or those at the end of their lives...of course, there are outliers as with everything in life. The data is out there and we’ve been lied to since March. We should ALL be seeing this nearly a year later and yet, many aren’t. It’s beyond depressing.

This came up on Spotify when I was on a road trip months ago, and it was one of those moments where everything stops and you just have to listen. When I saw who it was I freaked out. Kept asking my kids, "Are you hearing this? It's Sara and Josh!". Just stunned at how beautiful. What a gift.

When this covid stuff settles, these two need to tour together. They are both my all time favorites I never miss them when they come to Idaho or Utah. Drove myself to Utah from Idaho 8.5 months pregnant in 2018 to see Josh. Amaaaaazing show. Always is for both of them.

Incredible harmony in a magnificent song by two of my favorite contemporary singers. Their interpretation makes me reflect on love similar to William Blake's poems "Age of Innocence and Age of Experience." Joni Mitchell would be proud.
