Ever come across a player who you thought might exist but you've never actually seen until that moment? Well, in case you haven't, then this list is for you! This video is also meant to poke fun at the playstyles found in the game, and are NOT meant to be taken seriously.
A-888 is a horde-based survival FPS game on Roblox. It consists of gathering supplies, keeping reality-altering beacons alive, running and fighting horrifying monsters (anomalies), and then repeating the process. Albeit very scary and scary and... did I say scary? It's probably my new favorite game on Roblox.
Don't worry too much though, as you are given a wide variety of weapons, perks, classes, cosmetics, AND voice packs, so hey, even if you lose, at least you look cool.
Also also, the game was developed by Archeximus, the same person who made Anomalous Activities, UMG, Survival of the Fittest, and most notably, Decaying Winter! And you'll see that Contact: A-888 draws inspiration from these games.

"Only Mortals Use Melee Weapons" Meanwhile my Melee Build which can solo to 16-18 Hazard Level. Also i dont know if you know it yet but, the best thing to do is to active the Anchors only when the timer is under 2 minutes, since each anchor gives 30 seconds.

Yes! I have noticed the time limit. What you see on screen is a Josh who is panicking (instead of thinking) because he’s paranoid of whatever may be lurking in the shadows. 😆

I’m an assault-anchor rusher. Once there is an opening, take the safest-shortest route and throw flash grenades to run through anomalies and not take damage.

Considering the new update, and the perk that makes you fully immune to Tox walker gas and disorientation effects, as well as highlighting enemies in your FOV, I think the knight stereotype will change a lot, considering the gas immunity and all.

For Technician you forgot "The non-existent" aka those tech main who died right after they placed the turrets. Either from being completely incompetent or their game run at below 10 FPS.

The "Pistoler" is actually the best assault subclass and if you never used it then u missing out and the name is "Gunslinger" not "Pistoler"

Oh I know what it’s called. I called the stereotype differently because “Pistoleers” themselves were a subclass of “typical” cavalry units during the 1700-1800s.

The first class I played for a while was the technician. I played a combination of "technician main in disguise" and "safe is good" play styles. As a technician I stay at base and try to keep the base safe Incase things get hectic or if someone needs to go to a mostly safe area to heal or buys something. I save up for a good gun then buy stabilizers or restock containers. The turrets have higher max ammo so that you can get more armor with less reloading brakes and there are 2 turrets so that if one is reloading the other can still shoot and give armor. Poison can still kill you if you're not careful. I also have the lucky perk that gave a 50/50 chance to get a free item from the shop so I can buy more stabilizers or share money. I normally stay in front of the turrets if it's not certain death so that the turrets have constant vision of the enemy and can keep shooting. Recently I have been playing tower with a sword and as much damage reduction as possible with more melee close range damage, gaining hp from melee kills. No armor. It works surprisingly well until: the last few waves, poison or you get bombarded in the back. The technician class I had leveled me up a lot after some time because the placement of the turrets helped the base stay protected even if I died.

By "Technician main in disguise" I meant "Tower main in disguise" and although I mostly played like a "safe is good" i stay act like a sort of tower since I stay in front of the turrets to tank most damage and to distract enemies from attacking anyone behind me who is in the base. The combination of armor for the turrets and the health from the stabilizer let's me act sort of like a tank and I have the perk that makes the maximum damage I take 15. Since the turrets give 20 armor per hit, there are two turrets so I get 40 armor every time they shoot and there hopefully is a stabilizer I can kinda tank like a tower. I also stay in the front of the turrets so that if someone is near and is about to die I can stim and run quickly supporting and distracting for them to prevent them from dying and that's because the value of a technician's life is normally much less than the other classes as the technician can help from beyond the grave and still get exp. Meanwhile the other classes like archangel, tower or assault. Are more important to keep alive. Also being near the base means if I am alive I can call reinforcements. And the turrets as well as stabilizers combo will heal those in the base as well. The main downsides is that it can get boring playing this way and i rely on teammates to do anchors since leaving the base is normally a last resort because technicians don't have much survivability. Especially without turrets. Also i would only provide normal gunfire support and economic support for the night demon. Though the turrets are really useful when going to evac. When I said I recently played as a tower in my above comment I think I play like a combination of "ironside" and "knight". Do you agree the life of the technician would have the least value? Also in the rare case an anomaly spawns behind me I will normally still be ok since I am in front of my turrets.

I think all of the MERC’s lives are valuable, it’s just that some are better at certain scenarios that are bound to occur throughout a game. For example, you can’t really buy ammo and armor if the shop isn’t safe, which is where Technician comes into play. However, you can’t expect the turrets to wipe out Hellwalkers as fast as an Assault’s “bullets & storm” ability. In other words, depending on which class goes down, the team can fall apart QUICKER or QUICKLY.

You forgot the specialist that goes hella fast. You know that this guy has blitzkrieg, track star, and all the perks in specialist that give you more speed and Inj-02. Don't be surprised if you see someone run mach-9 to get anchors

Imma be playing assault like i have Multiple Personality Disorder, because i'd be Archangel-Technician-Assault simultaneously. Run and gun for the first couple of nights, get ENEMY plate initially and slowly metamorphosing into a Sentient turret constantly handing out Bulletstorm crats and PMS stabilizers

My friend uses gunslinger perks, as a technician, refuses to use any gun other than the 1 shot pistol, and uses oddf mines, along with tomohawks, he's a fun time to be around ngl, literally the memest build i've seen, everything revolves around that one pistol

One of my fav class I ever played its the tower archangels here what i did for Pick archangels have protocol war and use hellion and cerberus (use oter perk for fith whit it but this ar THE perk you need) Use a shotgun and now well every time an anomaly his close to you (that mean 97% of time) You deal 45% more damage you heal 10 hp (yes the perk for archabgel heal 10 hp not 5 if i rember correctly) you alway have the speed bonus relode abd whit shotgun its realy good AND you can heal those tower because you ar close them and cover them agaibs those dam knight

Im a sniper who just camps behind my turret with a healing field from the shop and the VT8 blade And then i added bomb spam with that to solo anchors when my teammates die

i just play last week and i main technician i was the guy who maximize the "turrets and equipments" basically me running around the map with bombs and killing all anomalies having too much credits in hazard 15 while keeping my teammate safe in a spot where the trader is. i die easily when i do use the wrong item for the situations. I do all the crowd control or we all die

I have recently used full dps assault for a bit and- oh it is insane you're able to kill even hell walker in 2(or even 1)mags and with blackdown-r300, shred ammo, AP rounds, blahblahblah that increase your dmg, you are dealing 5-10k dps to nd

assault have 2 main steryotype: newbie: are new to the game and don't even know how2change class. idk give him a lesson and pray he learn selfish: if he supported you, that because you get near his ammo box. archangel have 3 main steryotype lazarus main: don't understand how arch works, main lazarus in DW (yeee) saviour, angel above everyone, cat girl in your dreams and a etc. alot names: the G O D himself heyt incredible crossbow shots while playin' med in tf2. always watch for your broken legs in DW, the one and only angel himself. please treat him caurefully, he's are hero. melee arch: usually buff themselvs, funny sword specialist have 2 main steryotype: tutorial watchable: the newbie that watch some tutorials and creator told him spec are best for learning the everything. grinder: idk why, uses every specialization for stun, stun anomolies for that coems Tower have 1 steryotype: i am heavy plates guy, and this is my baby [place box of plates] they worth a 200$ each, 3 in each box, just need a little time for regen, provide a cover against these pucnh, they made of titaiunm combine with some other metals in order to get that lightweight and heavy pretiction. tech have 2 main steryotype: tower defense: dude wrong game, he take the "Tower Defense" and defense that shop thinking its their base. tech maniac: hes builds usually contains the "Equipment Master", "KIRA S.ARRAY", "Frangible Rounds" or "V-ScatterCannon", and for finalle he's take "KIRA SWARM.PODS" and be that one bastard who just, kill everything. he also gets called as "engineer gaming"
