When I look back at all the hills I have bombed over the years, I watch this and can't believe I never really mastered how to slide. I would never be able to take some of those turns at speed, which is one of the reasons I hit a tree and broke a rib. Keep up the good work.

The views are spectacular. I just did my first mountain run on a family vacation in the great smokey mountains, and it was amazing. Topped out at about 27 so not insanely fast but still one of the most amazing things I have done in my life. This is sick man, Keep doing what you doing.

What most people don’t know: Austria has also paths trough forests as well. Like this. It was insane racing down a forest on my scooter (non electric/gas). A must visit for every speed fan. The road change from normal street to actually downhill forest tracks. It was unbelievable.

Josh, I remember when I was in Kaunertal with my dad around 1990. He was a sports reporter and did a feature on longboarders riding down the pass. The riders were lying down and not standing. As protection they had partly pieces of car tires. The whole thing was also filmed from the helicopter in which I was sitting. It was already cracy back then, but I couldn't have imagined that you would do it standing up now... Greetings from Vienna

@@JoshNeuman Thanks for your reply, much appreciated! The town is less than an hours drive from Innsbruck and is up on a hill overlooking a valley, surrounded by mountains. It's a steep, windy road to drive to the top of the town so it could even be a cool spot for longboarding. It's the type of place you could easily stay for a week and not get bored as there's lots to see around there. Hope you can get there next time!
