4 hour window is good initiative to the perspective of curbing fraud transactions but RBI should also make a Legal Rule if someone voluntary doing reverse or edited transaction of genuinely purchase of good& services from any merchant or doing transaction to other person ,he /she could do report this and within 7days of scrutiny there should imposed rigorous fine on Any person doing this. Hope it could make it working properly 😊

A person cannot create UPI if one mobile number is registered to multiple Customer IDs, meaning- one person having multiple accounts in one bank with same mobile number. I do not see any safety concern here, so UPI (NPCI) can solve or work on this too.

At present most of the transaction is done through UPI , Person like me don't carry cash in most of the time , so this rule do not have any logic, first we have to wait for 4 hours in new city and shops to confirm the payment then we should buy any product what if we have to buy some products from more than one shop . I will stop to use UPI if this rule is implemented this feels me more insecure than previous one .
