Wie würdest du das Deck nach der neuen Liste spielen? Und wie ist jetzt deine Meinung zu 3 Albions, the shrouded Dragon? Sollte man dann die Patchwork Engine kicken oder ist die Engine noch zu wichtig in dem Format? Ist Change of Heart jetzt eine Staple in dem Deck?

die Liste ändert an dem Deck nicht besonders viel, Patchwork find ich nach wie vor gut und mehrere Albions kann man definitiv ausprobieren. Change of Heart würd ich nicht Main spielen, höchstens im Side

it's a cute idea, but overall you probably don't run enough Fairy monsters for it, also you don't really want to discard Aluber

What do you think about adding pot of desires now that you can play 2? I feel like there’s nothing you’re scared about to banish, expecially by playing 3 red. The only one would probably be ad lib, but you can add it before playing pod.

What do you think about instant fusion+millennium eyes restrict? A kind of “called by the grave” that can be saved by branded opening to have a negation in oppo turn, also is dark and can be used for chimera.

sounds good, the only issue is giving up 1 Extra Deck Slot for an unsearchable 1-of. If you think thats worth it you can definitely do it

Hi Joshua, thanks for the deck profile. I just wonder, what's your line of play with Albion ? Because I don't see what kind of combo you do with Albion, I always go through Lubellion when I do the Branded Fusion. So how do you use the Albion (outside of sending it with Mirrorjade xD) and why do you choose to go through Albion rather than Lubellion ??? Thanks for the content !

Hey, you send Albaz + Snow from the deck to summon Albion, then banish Albaz + Albion for Mirrorjade. The advantage is you dont have to discard and get Snow in grave as an interruption.

not always the same, but generally cards like Mercourier, Gold Sarc, Branded Sword, Kitt are easy side outs, as well as Super Poly/Droplet depending on the matchup

Summon Chimera, chain Comedy to Chimera, removing it from the field before it resolves so Skill Drain does not negate it

Thoughts regarding replacing Allure with 2x Desires? There's a lot of multiples in the deck so theoretically you wouldn't risk banishing all copies of critical pieces.

you could try making this a Desires deck, but banishing the 1 Ad Lib would hurt, so maybe need to make other adjustments to the list

in 3:28 you said that fairy tail snow and tragedy had an interaction? because tragedy does not search if is removed by snow, because snow removal it is a cost.

for the mirror it's only 3 Barrier going first and 1-2 Barriers going second with this list, you already have the Super Polys and Droplets in the main

I really appreciated the explanations. Anyone know why Comedy helps vs Skill Drain? He said in the GY you activate its effect to tribute an on field Chimera but how would that help? Comedy is just a 2000 Defense monster. Maybe if you had the field spelled Theater of the Branded you could SS a fusion monster when it's destroyed (and he said he doesn't even use the field spell) and other than that I'm not understanding it's usefulness 🤔

you activate Chimera (Skill Drain doesnt prevent you from activating). Comedy's grave effect is a quick effect, so you chain it to your own Chimera, tributing it to summon itself back, removing the Chimera from the field before it resolves and since Skill Drain only negates effects of monster face-up on the field, when the chain resolves Chimera's effect will not be negated and be able to destroy cards your opponent controls, getting rid of the Skill Drain

Thanks for responding, it was really bugging me that everyone was running Comedy in their decks and me, as a new Branded player wondering what the juicy tech was behind it. I knew it had a hand effect but I never would have guessed the tribute quick effect was that useful. Can you use that same trick to protect other fusion monster effects like Albion/Lubellion fusions etc when someone tries to hit them with an imperm/chalice/effect negate? (Assuming Branded Lost isn't on field)

@@JoshuaSchmidtYGO Would the same apply to Alba-Lenatus? Take out the second Lubellion and put in Alba-Lenatus? Also, what's your opinion on Sprind? I heard somewhere that Sprind helps out Contact "C"' if the opponent drops it on you, but I don't know if Sprind can even attempt to be summoned despite Contact "C" fitting the non-Albaz material part. But if he really can, would Sprind also be worth running?

@@vgmaster02 Sprind can out Contact C as it doesn't prevent you from summoning from extra, just that you have to summon using it as material. I think it is not as good as it used to be as less people play Contact C now because of Branded Lost.

Great video and Congratulations on the 2nd place! Still have a few questions. Why no Foolish Burial? You don't want tragedy dumped with foolish? Foolish dump tragedy still seems a good consistency play to get access to aluber, fusion/lost and get branded in red live. How was Kitt? Isn't it bad to need to put one hand card on the bottom of the deck to resolve kitt? Kitt seems so neg. Is 3 Super Poly main really the way to go? There are so many matchups where it is useless or not doing enough like flunder, tri-brigade, based, eldlich. And super poly cannot stop the based scythe lock. Would you add stuff to play around floodgates better? Rivalry is also a huge card which is played by swordsoul, eldlich and earth machine (therion is legal soon) and you could play Sprind the Irondash Dragon or even Borreload Furious Dragon

I guess Foolish may be too much considering Gold Sarc and Allure. What would be your alternative to trag of it's effect is already used ? Kitt can help to fix hand, but yup I usually prefer to get Mercourier or Shrouded to draw Super poly is useful even against these deck as it can help to push for game on BP. Miss like 2500 dmg ? Super poly masquerade and mirror jade into Dragostapelia and it's game For floodgates, there are twin twisters and guardian chimera pop. It can be enough. Zombie world can be a punishment to Rivalry abusers as well

Foolish is neat but it can only send Tragedy and if you've already resolved that it becomes mediocre. Kitt was good for me, this deck can get to a decent hand size relatively easily so you have stuff to put back most of the time. Super Poly is actually very good against all the decks you mentioned except for Flunder, it is still quite decent when you fuse one of your monsters with one of theirs. And considering how good it is in the mirrors it should be a staple in my opinion. I would add stuff to play around floodgates if there was anything I was super happy with but I havent found that yet.

Lenatus can just replace a Lubellion if you think Dragon Link will be popular. Exile is at most a 1-of anyways in my opinion so it shouldnt be hard to fit.

I dont understand the necessity of zombie World rn, especialy at 4 in your Deck What matchup is so Bad that it is necessery that you dont play more outs to floodgates instead? Also ad libitum is nice and all but if your opp has a big bungus that has a Level you cant realy out it since ad lib boosts all monster on the field but im sure you knew that (although i dont know which deck puts up a big asshole that actualy has a Level rn .. )

@@TheSh1v i personaly do play tcboo so i was wondering why ZW over TCBOO, with that i also play 6 backrow cards 3 twin 2 cosmic 1 reboot I feel like tcboo beeing able to hard stop ss is a huge plus for it over ZW for me but since i respect Joshua alot i was wondering if my preference was objectivly worse and if so, why exactly
