In Jotun Valhalla Edition, you play as the Viking warrior Thora who died an inglorious death, and must, therefore, prove herself to the Gods, so she can enter Valhalla. You do so by traveling around the different realms in order to solve puzzles, collect Idun's apples, and visit the shrines so you can be blessed by the gods. This makes you stronger and it will help you beat the next big challenge that the game throws at you.

hi skjalden good to see you. i got covids and almost reached eternity. my reality changed. glorious death. death is not glorious in my mind. i was in the canadian army and served in cyprus. i saw some horror and in all honesty it scared me. that doesn't make me the great warrior does it. i did my duty but never got over some things i saw and when my time was up i got out. i have followed a policy of live and let live after that. i'd rather get in my boat and go to an island of peace rather than bash a neighbor for his land. sure i'd like to pound my chest and be the warrior in the mind but it's not really me. many of our ancestors made a living being mercenaries. it was a way of life but when we read of little battles and say 800 died, that is 800 boys and fathers. we can glorify such things but it is quite ugly and blood congeals and looks like jelly. i enjoy your work so you'll have to excuse me because i don't want to die glorious or not. myths are myths. good luck and thank you.

You have clearly PTSD from both events. The past can't be changed and you will die someday, glorious or not. Deyr fé, deyia frændur, deyr sjálfur ið sama. Eg veit einn að aldrei deyr: dómur um dauðan hvern. Das einzige das nicht stirbt sind die Erinnerungen an einen guten Freund. You need company to cope.

Greetings Gary, I hope that you are able to defeat the virus and reclaim your life. We have mandatory military service in Denmark, at least for those who are deemed suitable and unlucky enough to pick a low number from a bowl. I served nine months in the army, and I was offered to stay and participate in a foreign war which I declined. The military service was not the right fit for me, so I am grateful that other people stay and risk their lives for my freedom. Although I am part of the reserve, I hope that conflicts can be settled with the use of diplomacy, I am tired of endless brother wars, and the bloodshed of young people, who often have not even experienced what life has to offer.

Yeah totally agree some of these could inspire some incredible God of War fights. A closer camera perspective to these bosses, and with God of War mechanics, would be incred 😃👍

Umm..... This is very old school, my son Xbox Assassin's Creed Valhalla is quite a bit more enjoyable. I used to play games like this in the 90's and certainly don't wish to now. I really look forward to your next history based content, as I did not like this one, sorry.

I may look at the game Assassin's Creed Valhalla as well, that is if my computer can run it. Don't worry, I will still continue making history-based content.

Steven Gadd, it is definitely arguably outdated in its style of gameplay, but it's so beautiful. All hand-drawn. And the journey is special. I think there is definitely a place for these old school games, as well as the newer Gen styles 😃

Agree but the detail of modern gaming is very good.
