I love splatter painting at home. We did some water color painting with our school age summer school group and wound up with the splatters on the wall and their clothes. They had fun though. 🙂

I hate to say this, but watching you make these pages brings me joy since I don't take the time to get my stuff out anymore. I know you are inspiring us so much but somehow it is taking the place of me actually doing anything. Doing a "vintage" theme in my bullet journal this month, and so I've spattered watercolor paint on every page as part of my base. I had never thought to do it until I saw Natalie Bowers do it on her pages (that was before I "met" you. ;) ). Lovely way to soften and create a little interest on a blank paper.

Gorgeous spread but then again they all are! Lovely layering going on there and I love your little flower painting as the focal point. I guess I just have to keep practicing those layers! Funnily enough I am not a fan of tubes, I much prefer my ancient paint box. I do buy the odd tube but it goes straight into an empty pan! However as I said the other day I’m currently obsessed with my watercolour pencils so they are always to hand. Once again thank you for all the inspiration which is beginning to sink-in 😊 xx

I just went to my local grocery store and bought 10 big brown paper bags at 5 cents each. I can cut 6 pages that are 5.5 x 8.5. I'm excited to start decorate these pages using some of your methods. Thank you for inspiring me. TFS

Hi Trish, they are always at 4pm UK time, which is 11am EST, 10 am CDT (not sure whereabouts you are). If you click on the little notification bell, you can ask for notifications to be ALL OF THE TIME, maybe this is something that will help. I think the default is just some of the time. :)

Hello, missed LIVE, but watching now. I splattered watercolor on my last project (2 wks ago) from my watercolor class. Always fun to do. Color combo of magenta and lime green looks lovely. Pretty layout. Why did you leave the one corner of the flower card un-punched? I thought maybe it was going to a corner pocket...but then you put in middle of page. So just curious reason why.

I like the look of a single pointy corner, and the flower was closest to that corner, so it kind of worked as a centre of gravity if that makes any sense!!!!
