I suggest take up another hobby....start watching football...u will laugh cry get angry get happy....infact u will experience all emotions...this is an expensive hobby only for the rich 🙂. Bdw asmr is awesome in the video

Hello, I will do a video of how I prepare to journal. Hopefully, I'll be able to do that soon. Starting really does not have to be stressful. Just follow what you feel like doing, no rush. I suggest to start using whatever you have and see first if you will like to pursue it.

Welcome aboard. The papers are called scrapbook papers. I got them from local shop but surely there are lots of options online.
