My therapist always told me to journal because I love writing but you made me actually start and be consistent with it

Ive already commented but . I’ve rewatched ur videos so many times it’s comforting. I’m a housebound and disabled girlie so finding KZfaqrs who are kind and calm is such a relief it’s such good company .

Thank you for making this video speaking about journaling in this way. I used to write non-stop every day in my teens, and even a few years ago around 2020, and I've gotten so far away from it, with my notebooks all segregated for different aspects of my mind to where it DOES feel like homework, and I really just want to funnel every aspect of my mind back into one place again so I can have that to look back on like I did. And you just reminded me of how free I can be with it again. Even the idea of putting all of the scraps in there because I always save scraps from my day and hold onto them until I thow them away, BUT I could just put those scraps into my journal with little blurbs about what they are and why they are or just allow it to be included as a visual reminder from that day. *listening* OMG practicing my handwriting was something that I did too that tuned into jounaling, and witing my name over and over. And wirting out song lyrics. Yeah you are actually aiding me in getting back to who I am right now. THANK YOU

i think i need to start journalling more casually, i've been journalling since i was little but not consistently at all. i'm really sentimental and always think of things as special and want to save them, so i only really think to journal when something happens that i think is worth documenting. but i'm starting to appreciate the mundane things more and am starting to think of day to day life as special in itself. this is a super cool video and made me want to start trying to journal a lot more! (i really like the fairy one you showed)

hi!! 🦦 the journal collection is drop dead gorgeous! i think the ones that suit the traveling phase better are the ones with a closure, so the buckle one and the one with the fairies. but the plaid one is just so captivating and bright and fun! even with its' impracticality i would definetely choose it! plus you could use some u-shaped paper pins while traveling to attach tickets/ephemera to the spiral directly without needing glue :)

i love journaling but i can never finish a journal. all of my journals are unfinished because i can't fight the urge to start a new journal for the new year. this year i want to commit to finishing the one i started which means i need to write in it more often. thank you for your video!

Journaling has always helped to bring me a sense of calm from the hectic nature of my life. It's extremely beneficial and I cannot imagine life without it.

SEPHERAH I am in love with the large print of what i assume is a self portrait of you and a monkey Also For music in your videos their is a small artist called "GAKHED" (on all platforms) He makes stuff that I think would resonate with you. He is also my brother!! i truly do think there are lots of songs of his you would enjoy im not just saying that. He too is trying to build up his channel! Feel free to look through his stuff on youtube (mainly) and use absolutley any of it at all in your videos as background or whatever if you want toooo!!!!

i really like the plaid journal with the spiral

I looove journalling atm, i am finishing mine soon. It will be the second time I change journals haha. I like writing a lot, but i feel like i would be more honest during my journalling if i lived alone. Even though i know no one would look through it😅 I tend to ask myself future related questions in my journal. I ask my future self, for example, about how something is going to go and write predictions about it. Then i go back, writw what actually happened and compare which is really fun! I recommend trying it I like the fabric one with flowers the most for your trip. Btw you look so so pretty ❤

I just realized I kinda have ritual too. I have date stamp and stamp pad with green ink (green is my favourite colour) and I always start the entry with stamping the day's date. I just love doing it

I love collecting Bunnies, Cats, Fox... Birds. I journaled in HS .. because I had a class and just used spiral notebooks... The teacher would write answers if we had a problem and folded the page .. so cool I had a journal stolen so yeah keep it in you 🎀 ❤️🦊

i’ve finally been able to start journaling again! My dad read my old one and he’s always been a snoopy parents and it just made me so uncomfortable and i couldn’t write anything since but i’ve come up with this handwriting and it’s just super messy cursive that’s completely unreadable lol but also i still feel it has meaning! So i’m happy

🍀You should look for flat spine journals. Works similar to a spiral but it's threaded and lays flat. I find them at Target in the past, well my mom does for me haha I moved to Canada and she sends them to me. But yea! Flat spines! Also! I like the buckle one, you can always draw lines when you want to write 😊

I got my hubby to order me fairy earrings. Just realized now it’s studs but I’ll probably try to figure how to make them into hoops since I used to have tiny stretched ears but still makes studs fall out. def gonna save to get a hoodie. 🖤
