This is a concept I have been trying to do for long enough but never got the resources right! Today I decided to shoot my way of journaling in terms of my manifestations, fears, gratitude lists and brain dump!
If you're a beginner; this journaling video is for you! I have mentioned journaling prompts and you must start the practice of journaling with this video! It is quiet detailed and will give you a clear perspective to your own thoughts!
Journal, morning pages, writing, brain dumping : whatever you may call this practice; it is just a self-work to become a better version of ourselves every single day!
