Not Stepanakert. Officially, It writes like Khankendi, which means the village ruled by the Shah in Azeri language. The termin of "Stepanakert" got its name because of Soviet Union and Stepan Shaumyan - the former and the first president of Soviet Armenia

However, Armenian society declared these territories independent and which should belong to Armenian people, killing and kicking off Azerbaijan ethnic groups which lives in Nagorno-Karabakh territories

Do you consider the Soviet Union to be an expert in fair border delineation? Armenians were there long before Azerbaijanis, and some Armenian churches in Karabakh are older than the Azerbaijani nation. They fled on their own, much like half a million Armenians who fled from Azerbaijan. The difference is that Armenians had many more reasons to fear. Azeris also completely destroyed Armenian culture in the Nakhchivan province - Wikipedia reports that they destroyed 89 churches, 5,000 khachkars, and 22,000 tombstones there.

First of all, how can a territory almost exclusively (95%) inhabited by native Armenians since time immemorial belong to an artificial state invented only 108 years ago? The Armenian minority who lived in Karabağ or Xankəndi ( Khankenedi ) can return to their homes there but if they accept Azerbaijani Citizenship otherwise they'd better remain in Republic of Armenia to have Armenian citizenship also they need to learn Azerbaijani language aprt from their native language.

Karabakh. In 1805 Russian Empire invaded Karabkh Khanate. In 1806 Khan (ruler) and his family are brutally killed by Russian soldiers. Russian Empire forces Azerbaijanis out while moving Armenians from Persia to Karabakh. And that’s how Armenians came here. In 1820 Karabakh Khanate collapsed. They run because they are guilty! Children and grsndchildren of the ones they killed 30 years ago are coming back, that’s why they running scared without a single shot. Every crime has its end, even after 30 years justice prevailed.

Stepanakert isn't the russian name, it was the soviet name given in 1923. Originally, it was called Vararakn by Armenians since the middle age. I have no idea why Armenians didn't give this ancient name, this makes no sense. It was originally an armenian settlement, but in a region inhabited by a majority of Azerbaijanis. As a consequence, the town became ethnically mixed.

It's only Karabakh region now! Internationally recognise territory of Azerbaijan. And name is Khankendi (village of khan -king) which was named by Karabakh king in 18 century. But Stepan Shaumyan was armenian revulsionary of Soviet times. That's why name of Khankendi changed after his name. From here we see the real story! Stop spreading false information!

Karabakh game began by Russians in the 19th century with the migration of Armenians from the Qajar Empire (present-day Iran) and the Ottoman Empire and displacing Azerbaijanis. As part of this process, Karabakh and Zəngəzur were ceded to Armenians. The game is over in Karabakh, and the next focus appears to be on Zəngəzur. It's worth noting that Armenians have historically been entangled in geopolitical games, often manipulated for the imperialistic goals of larger powers, such as Russia and Iran (both evils), with the aim of controlling the region and dividing Turkic communities.
