She just wants to be a goat. Lester, all you can do is give a listening ear, a soothing voice, a Caring Heart , a helping hand, a healing hug, and a smile so she know she's safe. She lays in the middle of the pasture with all the littles thanking you for encouraging her to go after the life she deserves.

You know as much as we want to protect our babies in order to give them the best life we can’t pit them in a box & expect them to be happy as they watch the others being free & having fun together. It seems that Journey may have built up some immunity just by hanging out with the different babies that have come & gone in the barn & yard. Never know till you try. Fingers crossed!!!

I think Journey has surpassed everything we could've imagined and she wants to live her life, as she should! ❤ As long as she's watched here and there, I don't see any reason not to be part of the Littles. Annie seemed to know exactly what was going on 🥰❤❤

I'm with you Lester. I believe that is what is best for her. The progress she has made and her mobility far exceeds anything any of us ever thought she would do. She can move pretty fast when she wants to. It is time she lives her best life as a little.

I don't think that any of them will try to hurt her. Even Ringo stayed where he was while Journey was walking around the pasture when he would usually be the first one to go check out the new kid in his pasture no matter what he was doing. I wish I could make a huge 3 part wooden container/bench that could run in the center of this barn. Each section with a lid to come up. And to store food inside. Yes. Animals would jump on it. But it wouldn’t be too high and it would save the feed!

Need to get some bins for all your different feeds! Lol but then you wouldn't have videos of michevious goats and pigs getting into feed. We use a old freezer for our horse feed. Nice to see Gloria in this video one last time 💖💖

All I can say is pig Newton is a legend! Maybe gray goose can cuddle up with journey and they can become buddies. Also I wonder all that walking she’s doing is making that one back leg stronger or more tired out. I pray for the best for that sweet baby!

Journey is so scared of Annie 😭 she's the weirdest looking goat Journey has ever seen! I can't believe how quickly she can book it when she wants to. She's an inspiration. (although it does look like the soft dirt of the paddock is harder for her to walk on than the grass. She'll tough it out~)

I think she will be perfectly fine as a little especially when she gets her horns! I only worry about Ringo only because her insides are a little weaker. As long as her immune system gets tougher & the only way is to get her used to the germs and stuff just like kids

Good morning Lester and Jamie! I don't know if you will see this comment 😆 but if you do, I was going to suggest to you guys something to make things a little easier lol not that I don't love watching the videos of all the babies breaking into your food skids lol 😄 I seen these wood box type containers that would take up same amount of room as a skid but you keep your bags inside with lift up lid. Something with easy access to your daily food and treats! I wish I could send you a pick of what I mean, might be a solution and it could be something easy to make by you guys or a project for Jake chores.😆🤣 However I think we all out here would probably miss the videos of them getting to your skid bags!!
