Join us as we travel from Digby to Brier Island and make a few stops along the way! We hike the Balancing Rock trail and cross a few ferries as we make our way to the town of Westport on Brier Island, Nova Scotia.

Very informative and interesting to watch! I’ve been to Digby and didn’t see any of those places. Will have to do a second trip one day! Love you attention to the small details like the geology, the fare info, the trail signs, the drone footage and details about the trail intensity, lengths and elevation, and info about that balancing rock.

How was the trail back then? I first went in 2016 and the duckboards and trail was already well established. The people who maintain this trail have done a lot of good work on this trail and it shows.

@@rivervidsyt It was decent enough that my wife's grandmother was able to make the trek to the stairs. She didn't make it down to the shore though, and waited for us to go down and come back up to the duckboards.

Ive been through that pass at low tide while I was on a scallop boat. Its pretty intense waters.
