My learning from the video are 1-Flexibility is the key of success. As a leader we should be always flexible. We need to come out from the comfort zone to achieve heights of success. The person who is flexible achieve more growth professionally and personally. 2-Every one talks about there failure rather than there successfully story.. we should never run from the the problem we should go closer to the problem face it and try to solve it. Rather than avoiding it.. 3-To become a good leader we should always be fair to our juniors.Create a healthy atmosphere in the team and we should be unbiased and unpolitical. Worst company only pressurising their field force,life of Representatives in Mankind has become hell because company is pressurising them.senior representatives are being forced to give resignation,new guys has been pressurized. Company is asking their field force to exit from union because they know they are kicking their employees now, If u want to become frustrated then go and join this company. My Request for new commers and fresher's plz dont go towards this company u will become depressed after 2 to 3 years.

Mr. Sandeep if you listen to Mr. Rajeev's speech you may not have written this. He says employees has to work with excitement every day. If you work with excitement you will be successful. if a representative is failure means its completely his lack of excitement. This company is not for those are lazy.. Mankind is a great company having great caring towards their employees.
