For sure we need people to organize and mobilize and plenty of information already to back and support the cause. Here in Florida there is plenty of vacant land, but i see two major challenges ... 1. minimum dwelling size requirements even on lots that outside of the city. 2. cost and size requirements of septic and waste water treatment systems. (on this we just need some major advancements to happen). Other fronts have made great strides or will soon be more accessible than ever like SOLAR (more power and price drop), Lithium Phosphate Batteries (cost going way down), Better and cheaper cellular Hotspot and satellite Internet options (Really things coming in mid 2020) To expand on the Septic challenge. Having to dig a giant hole on your property for a giant septic drain field and spend $6k can really be budget killer. Bill & Melinda Gates are working on a research project to find new ways to treat wastewater in smaller spaces and cheaper for Africa. Seems we also need this technology here in the US. The US government sees composting as bad and risky, we know it need not be but only with necessity and science will the Goverment be persuaded. You will notice much of what's in place in America today is there to keep people working and in debt.. including cars that must stop in gas stations and houses that must connect to utility companies. The Fuel lobbies are large and in charge. On Satellite internet.. Hughesnet sucks, but Elon Musk and Tesla new low flying satellites plan to offer the best satellite internet we've ever seen by mid 2020. These both may seem unrelated, but they are big for anybody trying to go tiny outside of town.

Perhaps HUD will realize that Tiny Houses on Wheels ARE indeed a solution to the housing crisis. They ARE made for full-time living and the owners/builders can customize the size/amenities to the owner.

Whom ever is behind this thank you because due to zoning we cant have tiny houses but the citizens would love to have them

I would love to have a tiny home. I'm trying to figure out how I could make it happen! I have been a fan of this concept for about 5 years.

Another goodie guys, keep up the good work. Sorry you had to endure as you did ... such is Air Travel :) I worked for United waaaayyyy back in the 80's. I never had a bad experience. Times have changed so much.
