Journey to Genting Highlands 🇲🇾

Күн бұрынI'm leaving Kuala Lumpur and heading for higher ground. I rode a $2 bus to the Awana Skyway and from there a cable car to Genting Highlands! It was my first time on a cable car so that's always fun. I had a lovely trip and met some friendly gentleman from Pakistan along the way.
After I arrived I went straight to my hotel to check out my room, and afterward had a nice dinner at the Oasis Bar and tried some Mee Goreng!

Genting Highlands is on top of Mount Raya, about 1.8km high from sea level. Just over a mile high .

@@tatertravels and especially when you are on the 25th floor. Hope you enjoy the trip. Do bear in mind the indoor theme park are for kids. Men always go for the extreme one. I agree with you about the plan to get nasi lemak. And it's more authentic if it's wrapped in banana leaf. Dont forget to try satay as well

You didn’t eat much food in this one brother, check out the roti canai (some people spell it different) my favourite is with chicken you can’t go wrong. Happy travels.

Buses to genting sometimes are free for seniors. To encourage them to gamble up there.

Why is the bed at the hotel not fully done.. the housekeeping supervisor need to double check the room before release it for the next guest... Sorry.. been in the hospitality industry for 15 years made me a bit particular about the details

Yeah pretty price, but room service was even more expensive 😂 no Grab there, just other restaurants at the hotel

Room service is expensive everywhere because they hv to work night shift to cook for you.
