This makes so much sense! The dropping of Kurt and Jonny in order to keep the sound stress free on the mind of the musicians themselves. There's a certain mesmorization that happens when writing and creating great lengths of music. Even though the Kurt route hit me the most emotionally and felt the most raw, even I was in a dark place at that time. We as human's, have so much more influence than we know.

They deserve to Rockstar treatment after 12 fucking yesterday of putting out solid music. Literally the only band I can think of the hasn't put out a mediocre album.

You guys have been my favorite band from the beginning. Also, seeing how much everyone has grown and how good the ideas are put together. I would love to meet in person if your tour through Dallas, TX again. I missed warp tour cause I had no one to go with. But on bright side I found my missing cat that day, so it was sort of a good thing. Have more happy years and albums of different stories or meanings. ✌😄

One of my favorite bands ever, amazing discography. They just keep getting better and better. Every single member of the band is flat out amazing. Mess screams so clean and effortlessly now. The guitars are outright the best in music today. The drums are intricate and perfectly compliment every other sound going on. Tilian.... he is the best fit for the band. Everyone has this hard on for meth head johnny but Tilian is the best fit. He sounds similar but is a MUCH better person.

I found them a few years ago right in the middle of highschool. It was such a terrible time for me. With struggling through ptsd and other various mental setbacks, they helped me let go of a lot. Listening to them is just a little capsule of time where I can jump around and be silly, while still getting over my problems. I am so excited to see them this summer, they're a must see for me😍

I actually fucking love Tilian. I abandoned DGD after Deathstar because I wasn't feeling Kurt too much and when Jonny came back I was underwhelmed, so I've basically just let DGD fly under my radar for like 8 years. I decided to take a dip back in, though, and boy am I glad that I have. They have progressed as a band and have a ton of new flavor, but they are still distinctly DGD at heart. Jon still brings the heat from time to time, but can tone it down to more of a "yell" as well which creates a really cool dynamic (and a more palatable one at that, which allows me to show them to my normie friends). Great stuff, and I can't wait to see what they have to offer moving forward. Long live the Dance.
