This is good advice, I just want to add that forgiveness is a miracle from God. We can't do it of our own will, power, strength or desire. The healing of unforgiveness is a healing miracle. That's why we keep giving our pain or offenses to Him, because He will heal us of it.

If you can't unpack with friends sometimes, where can you do it? I had a dear friend that just stopped talking to me after 30 years of friendship. Im actually glad because I think it revealed who I was really dealing with.

It is really a hard thing to understand. This one. I think at some point when it is toxic. If it becomes toxic to your walk with the Lord ..of changes you for the worse. When you are not growing together. You can love the friend, but not the behavior - when it can stumble you.
