I was invited to perform in Malaysia, in June 2022, for the Borneo Jazz Festival. We performed music from my NikKollective albums, as well as some compositions by Mark and a couple of arrangements.
The big challenge was to adapt music that was meant for a way bigger project (horns, multiple keys and guitars, hammond etc etc) to a much smaller group: quartet!
Mark, Adriano and Arthur are some of the very best in the world! I feel honored to have shared the stage with them once again! Not to mention that reuniting with my Malaysian brother Arthur Kam after 7/8 years, was so amazing!!

I love the call & answer between you and Mark at the 6:20 and Mark’s Michael Brecker esque solo .. The whole Band was on lock.. I’m definitely a fan

Spettacolare!!! Nikko you sound like few ones to my ears and that sax looks like is taking back to this planet the monstrous sax of Mr. Breker. Not to forget the great drumming …I’m a drummer, and and all the band

That sax player got married to Mohini Dey. Looks like a stand mounted ribbon microphone. Guess not, but, nice sax sound.
