The " reverse knee" is actually what you know as your heel/ankle. But animals only walk on their tippy toes. It works like a bow string. The longer the bow the more force is released. It allows for jump and speed.

Dude great videos but you need to chill. 1. Too many videos mean we don’t have time to watch all and 2. We don’t want you to get burnout

Appreciate it. But these videos were done over a few weeks and just released all at once. I haven’t had time to really set a schedule. So now it’s all out for your consumption at your own pace. Again thanks as always.
