Kush Arcade yellow flannel means he loved it. Essentially anything from a light 8 to a 10. However, there have been times where has given albums lower scores with a yellow flannel on, something usually reserved for the red flannel, saying he didn’t like it (strong 4 to a 0)

Found Peggy a couple months ago and FINALLY had an evening to listen to Veteran... It takes balls to drop a tape like that and it sounds great! I love the live (screamed) version of the songs, especially germ. Aggressive vocals sound so natural on that strange/ hard beat.

this review changed me and my best friend’s life. jpegmafia’s mafia’s music changed my life. i cannot believe i clicked on this 6 years ago. 1539 is my most streamed song of all time. from this to all my heroes are cornballs, his label drama with LP to scaring the hoes, to i lay my life down for you he has not missed. what an insane thing. he truly lived up to all the fuckin hype he got in the underground. a once in a generation producer. mark my words, peggy is going to sell out arenas some day.

He's probably not going to review it. Listening to the style, it sounds melodramatic and is just a sad song followed by another sad song followed by yet another sad song. Not that this is bad, I mean I fucking love 808s and Heartbreak and Trilogy, but I can tell you now that this type of album is not going to be one Anthony will enjoy. He's just not into that type of music unless the album actually has variance, but this song is just slow sad song over and over.

This was such a far cry from the type of hip hop I listen to and I'm glad I found it. I only just listened initially because it was getting a lot of praise. Once it got to Baby I'm Bleeding, I really started to enjoy the fuck out of it. The entire album is insane and something you need to hear. I'm a year late but whatever. On my third listen, every goddamn track hits and it didn't feel like a 19 song album because everything connects so well and feels like this one big thing. Baby I'm Bleeding is the best track of 2018 ( along with Vengeance from Denzel, where Peggy's guest verse was top notch) Panic Emoji was great. And Thug Tears grew on me a lot after seeing his live performance of it on A Colors Show. It sounds like so much at once that it is also it's own kind of thing. Got a lot of strong Gambino vibes here and there and I love that he drew from so many different places. Plus his voice is so great. Fantastic album. Can't wait to see what Peggy does next.

Coming back to this review just to say I saw Peggy live yesterday and he is unreal. The energy with the crowd was fucking crazy and the guy already has so many hits that fans can go crazy over. I hope he keeps making music for a long time

Typing this in December. We got one of the best albums of the year in January... And it took all year for me to appreciate it. What a nuts, beautiful, disturbing album.

To be honest this album was really hard to listen to. It’s really creative and experimental but that doesn’t always mean good. On some of the songs like Baby I’m Bleeding and Real Nega, it worked, but on many of the others were just plain hard to hear

For me, at first this was very true, but something kept bringing me back to the songs and I guess I just acclimated because now songs like Thug Tears and Whole Foods are just orgasmic for me. He's quickly become one of my favorite artists over this year. This album is a strong 9 to a 10 for me I love the creativity, the lyrics, and the vibe so much.

Jesus christ......I only just now discovered this guy. And yeah....wow many times over. I love music....and this is an artist who is reminding me of that. Honestly nothing more to add....back to this album. I've been missing out apparently.
