When I was recording, I did not know the actual speed limits on that track. So I only estimated the speeds based on my prior experience aboard the Keihin-Tohoku line trains, which went up to about 65 km/h. Now, after checking a Wikipedia article about the signs used by JR East, I can see that the track speed limit is 85 km/h in most areas. The article on Wikipedia is very long yet informative.
