I don't know. Sometimes the games makes it seem them they're like barely less than 4 ft tall and then in cutscenes they're about like 5 foot tall. The height difference for them is always so inconsistent in Capcom games.

All i know about this guy comes from people on the internet and UNIST gameplay, i never heard him talk or read any of his dialogs so i thought he was some kind of mean soldier dude that beats the crap out of everyone since he is so serious looking and has that red eye in the cut in. But this guy is a bro, like, no taunts, no insults, all compliments and good vibes. I know that this VA sounds a little more "nice" too, but idk... i kinda like it

There is a reason for that, it's a play on their meeting in UNI's arcade mode.... where Akat makes the mistake of assuming that Hilda is some... hooker... when they get to talking.

kind of expected there to somehow be an interaction between him and Blitztank given they come from there. hell i wish anybody has an interaction of some kind with it. its like the character doesnt exist if there is no reaction to it from any character.

Blitztank in universe is a Sonic Adventure's E-100 Series Gamma style scenario where it's a generic upper tier mook to Akatsuki/Sonic but he's grown sentient again. So it really doesn't have any purpose to interact with things.
