Hey guys! Curtiss here from World 8. I’m so happy you guys had such an amazing trip! I stumbled across your channel again last night randomly and ended up binging the whole three part saga! I’m humbled and honored to share your top pick with Game Realms. And it’s crazy how far your channel has come since then! Congrats. Hope to see you two again someday! Take care!

I've lived here for 6 years now and even though I know of most of these stores, there's still a few in your three LA videos that I haven't been to yet. Game hunting in LA can be really rewarding or really big let down, but it's usually pretty fun nonetheless.

You might want to stop by Game Realms when they hold Valley Retro Game Swap. Next one taking place on 10/08/2022 (Saturday). Many local store owners and individual sellers set up tables like a mini swap meet in the patio of Game Realms. I think it is held every 3 months or so. Some very good deals can be had. Also, the trade-in price each store offers for games is as important to collectors as the price of games sold.

Super happy you guys got to visit Frank and sons 😲🙌 I remember when they were located in city of industry area [the pro tip at that time was to spy for the Red Viper parked upfront to have a chance to run in to Stan Lee 🥺]

That ramen you ate right before you drove home looked great I haven't found anything like that near me :( . Using the retron 5 and English patches has worked great for me too. I have about a dozen imports that would have cost me a small fortune to buy north American version and I would have never gotten to play. The lynx was my favorite pickup and then boktai .Thanks for great videos and especially rpg content.

For me personally Frank n Sons used to be better before they moved, back in the day people could get tables there to sell and so you would have more of a mix instead of mostly dedicated booths all the time, as with everything its become bigger, more crowded and not as much good deals , in my opinion as it used to be.

Next time you guys come this way check out the other world 8 store also check out pixel vault games in Ontario and lost level games in Claremont they are both off the 10 way before you make it all the way to L.A and Frank n Sons just moved to that new building a couple of years ago which actually was a Costco. I've been going to Frank n Sons since the late 90s just have to shop around,if that one spot didn't want to sell you guys She ra figures I'm sure you'll find it at another place in there for the price youd like. Also the stores like game tower and game hogs are all pretty close and know each other well, there's another game tower in Northridge which has a better selection of higher end titles and in a nicer area

Thanks for the info! Next time we are in the area we will have to check it out!

Gamehogs is so expensive for some things. But I'm surprised they didn't negotiate. I would ask a price on a game I would want and he gave me a reasonable price
